This project presents a contemporary vertical residence with a bold and minimal façade. The design features a balanced composition of solid volumes, metal elements, and large openings. Green terraces and planter bands add a natural layer, softening the structure while enhancing privacy. The pergola and screened upper level create visual interest, while the overall design emphasizes light, ventilation, and a strong urban presence.
