This project features a modern residence defined by bold vertical fins and clean geometric volumes. The façade combines textured surfaces, perforated brick screens, and glass openings to create a dynamic play of light, shadow, and privacy. Integrated greenery along the balconies softens the structure, while the terrace space adds an open, breathable quality. The design balances aesthetics and function, resulting in a refined and contemporary urban home.
